fill out application and pay 36 dollars for 30 day single entry. Have two printed copies your eVisa when you arrive
Check to see here if you need a visa. Note* ASEAN countries do not need a Visa
Tuk-Tuk:
If you’re coming alone or with someone else, then you should take the Tuk-Tuk. It has enough room to seat two passengers and two suit cases. Airport taxi personnel will approach you with a tuk-tuk ride at a fixed cost of $10 dollars.
Insider tip* You can bypass this and get a better price and walk outside the airport at probably $5 dollars.
If you have data or SIM/ eSIM, you can book a ride with Grab.(might be faster if you hail a taxi/ tuk-tuk there)

Taxi:
If you have more than 2 people, I recommend getting a taxi when you arrive, which is roughly $12 dollars. You can also book your ride via, and they will greet you at the airport.

PassAppis the official hail/ride share app in Cambodia. It’s the first and Cambodian owned. The app requires you to have a Cambodian number though. If this is a problem, you can use Grab.
If you don’t want to use any of these apps, you can hail a Tuk-Tuk around but be ready to negotiate. Even if I’m not using Grab, I will still use it to gauge my trips as a baseline price for negotiating purposes
ForLong Distances and Overnight Travels to different cities in Cambodia, I would use Giant Ibis first then Vireak Buntham Second.
The cost is around $12 Dollars.Giant Ibis offers day and overnight travels. Giant Ibis has a bathroom inside the bus when I was taking an over night sleeper. They do overnight transportation from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and down south to Sihanoukville.
For Vireak Buntham, I did an overnight sleeper bus, there was no bathroom inside. We had to stop every hour or two to take a bathroom break. Inside Tip* make sure you select a good seat, for overnight preferably a single and on the bottom level. You don’t want to end up sharing a bed with an random person.
Hail a motorbike for short distances with PassApp or Grab. They may or not give you a helmet.
If you are staying there and are an experienced driver you can rent one for 5 dollars a day, 30 dollars a week, and 70 dollars a month. If you are going short to medium distances.
I recommend you WEAR a helmet. It is required in Cambodia to wear helmets even though many locals do not.
Inside Tip* they have random check points and if you happen to get stopped, you will be paying around $10 USD.Inside Tip* secure your valuables by moving your bag to the front of your lap when riding

A good rue of thumb is don't take anything from people expecting its free. Especially from strangers. When you're in Asia and you are visiting a tourist location, be sure to see if there's an entrance fee. Most places will have a checkpoint to enter the place even if its a remote location.
